Our acquisitions manager will discuss your options for the cash advance with you during your initial phone call. Should we decide to advance you up to $3,000 before closing, it will either be wired to you or it will be given to you in the form of a check. The cash advance will be deducted from your proceeds and refunded to us on the settlement statement at closing.
